Finding them in pieces you're singing for the Quarter might help since you have to memorize the songs anyways you may become familiar with the intervals better that way; make htem easier for you to relate to. Hope this helps a bit.
my best bet is link it to a song you know by heart. for example a P4 descendind interval is the beginning to a Zelda song I know and I never miss that interval.
