Transpositon

What is the best way to transpose the key signatures to concert pitch? And vice versa?

For example, you must transpose an F Horn from concert pitch. The flute is a concert pitch instument and they are in C, so you go up a perfect fifth, this gives you a G as your key. It works the same way backwards, to get to concert key, you go down a perfect fifth.
